Not only does Jaht's SkyVogue phone come in classic styling probably dating to around the 1950s, it's a Skype phone with a USB connection.
I can't tell if the rotary dial is functional, but I seriously doubt
Skypers with short attention spans have the patience to wait for the
darn thing to complete a single turn, let alone add area code and
internation calling code.
